Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date, no questions asked.

How to request a refund. Email support@stalkyourself.app from the address you purchased with and include the date of your most recent charge. We process the refund through our payment processor (Stripe) back to your original payment method.

Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Subscriptions can also be cancelled at any time from the billing portal accessible from your account Settings; cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period and is separate from a refund.
